Job summary

Skyline Catering Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive junior logistics assistant to support procurement, inventory, and shipping data entry. You'll gain hands-on exposure to supply chain operations and learn how procurement, inventory and logistics data flow.

The role emphasizes Excel data handling, accuracy, and repetitive tasks, with mentorship from a supportive team and a clear path into a supply chain career.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated (any major welcome — Business/Supply Chain a plus).
• Comfortable with Excel (basic formulas, sorting, filtering data entry).
• Detail-oriented — numbers and accuracy matter to you.
• Organized and okay with repetitive tasks.
• Good communication and a positive attitude.
• No experience needed — we'll train you!

• Enter and update purchase orders, invoices and shipment records in our systems
• Keep inventory and supplier data accurate and up to date
• Maintain and update Excel trackers (orders, deliveries, vendor info, etc)
