Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Supply Chain Executive for Oversea Ordering to manage inventory, forecast-based BPOs, and supplier coordination. You will convert BPOs to POs, verify import documents, and support receiving and invoicing with the warehouse and finance teams.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and willingness to travel to the HQ in Johor. Fluency in Chinese is preferred for supplier communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and overstock.
• Generate Blanket Purchase Orders (BPOs) to replenish warehouse stock based on forecast demand and stock thresholds.
• Coordinate with suppliers on BPO confirmations, shipment updates, and delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Ensure all BPOs are accurate, properly documented, and comply with company procurement policies.
• Check and verify Import Document (Proforma Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading), prepare payment request.
• Manage and monitor the conversion of Blanket Purchase Orders (BPOs) into Purchase Orders (POs).
• Liaise with warehouse and finance teams to ensure smooth receiving and invoicing processes.
• Communicate effectively in Chinese, as the role requires frequent coordination with Chinese-speaking suppliers and business partners.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.
