Bright Prospect in Malaysia is seeking a capable Logistics/Supply Chain professional to raise and manage Purchase Orders, perform Goods Receipt, and coordinate with vendors.
You will monitor orders, shipments, and documentation, liaise with 3PLs, support ERP systems, and ensure timely completions, with Chinese language skills considered an advantage.

Raise and manage Purchase Orders and perform Goods Receipt processing accurately and in a timely manner.
Liaise with vendors to obtain quotations, verify pricing, and process invoices accordingly.
Monitor and update order status, shipment tracking, and procurement reports regularly.
Follow up and coordinate with internal stakeholders and 3PL providers to resolve shipment or documentation discrepancies.
Coordinate with local forwarders to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
Ensure timely preparation, accuracy, and follow-up of shipping and related documentation.
Support documentation control and other administrative tasks as required.
Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service or related functions.
Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
Experience in ERP/SAP systems will be an added advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Able to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage to facilitate effective communication with Chinese-speaking suppliers and stakeholders.
