Job summary

The role requires a minimum of five years in procurement or supply chain, with strong Mandarin, English and Malay communication. You will manage purchasing, logistics, and risk mitigation while coordinating with multiple teams for cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, audit, and develop suppliers based on capacity, quality, and delivery performance.
• Conduct market analysis to select top suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.

• Convert purchase requisitions into accurate purchase orders (POs) and execute timely, cost-effective buying.
• Track orders through the full logistics cycle to ensure on-time warehousing and inventory availability.
• Handle import/export documentation and customs declaration data to avoid delays.
• Monitor market trends and develop risk mitigation plans to protect the supply chain.
• Drive price benchmarking and negotiations for production materials to achieve cost savings.
• Manage monthly payment schedules aligned with supplier terms and company cash flow.
• Resolve delivery, quality, or return issues promptly, including claims and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records for audit compliance.
• Support additional supply chain projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management.

Native or professional proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malayis strictly required. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Exceptional communication, cross-functional coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record in contract negotiation, cost reduction, and supplier relationship management.
