Job summary

CARiNG Pharmacy is seeking a Supply Chain Executive (Inventory Management) in Klang to strengthen stock control and supplier collaboration. You will manage data in SAP, monitor stock levels, and coordinate store setups with the warehouse team.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in related fields and have at least 1 year in supply chain/ procurement within FMCG or retail, with strong analytical and communication skills.

• Carry out routine supply chain tasks and coordinate with internal/external teams for steady supplies.
• Prepare and coordinate Supply Chain KPI reporting and analysis.
• Manage and review master data parameters in SAP (ordering lead time, ordering method, min/max).
• Coordinate supply chain activities for new/refit/relocation/close store setups.
• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
• Work with warehouse team to optimize operations and resolve issues.
• Implement inventory control measures to maintain stock at optimal levels.

Supply Chain Executive (Inventory Management)

Are you eager to gain real-world experience in Supply Chain? We’re looking an Executive (Supply Chain) to join our team!

Responsibilities :

Carry out the routine supply chain daily task and follow up with the internal/external team to ensure good and continuous supplies to the outlet.

Prepare and coordinate Supply Chain KPI and reporting or analysis.

Manage and review the master data parameters in SAP – ie ordering lead time, ordering method, source list, Min Max etc.

Coordinate all the supply chain activities on new/refit/relocation/close store and setting in the system.

Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.

Working closely with the warehouse team to ease their operation and productivity and assist on the adhoc issues – i.e. define the order frequency, picking line, UOM factor, delivery method etc.

Monitor and implement inventory control measures to maintain stock holding at optimal level and ensure out of stock at minimal level.

Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to continuously improve performance.

Provide strategic recommendations to enhance current systems, processes and practices going forward (order and supplier management, inventory management and distribution services to support business goals).

Perform other specific assignments as requested by management.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.

At least 1 years working experience in Supply Chain/ Procurement/ Logistic in FMCG or retail industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, supply chain management software and tools, as well as familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Ability to work independently under pressure with High adaptability, flexibility and react quickly to changing priorities

Ability to communicate to all level and have well understanding on inventory management

Must be able to work at Bukit Raja 2 Klang
