Bio Harvest in Malaysia is seeking a result-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee the full spectrum of supply chain activities, from demand forecasting and warehousing to logistics, importing and exporting. Reporting to the Company Director, you will play a pivotal role in steering growth and ensuring smooth operations across a cross-cultural team.

We are looking for a result-oriented Supply Chain Manager who will take charge of all aspects of supply chain, which includes collating demand forecasts, warehousing, logistics operations. Reporting to the Company Director, the candidate is to play an important role in the management team in spearheading the growth of the company.
The successful candidate should have extensive experience in the full spectrum of supply chain and well verse in the shipping procedures, custom duties and regulations, and warehousing, operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable playing a leading role and working in a cross-cultural and team-based environment. We expect the ideal candidates should have excellent critical thinking, analytical, organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Be responsible for the overall management and functioning of the Supply Chain department.
Be responsible for warehousing management and effective administration of the warehousing system.
Be the key person in the import and export operations, among others, coordinating with logistic and freight forwarding service providers.
Be responsible for overall import and export shipment arrangements, including shipping documents and various regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with colleagues and distributors to collate and compile demand forecasts for production planning to ensure an adequate supply of goods to meet demand.
Improvise and develop SOPs and systems as at when required.
Provide timely and accurate information and reports.
Perform other supply chain related duties and projects as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and import/export operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, customs regulations, import/export documentation, and freight management. Experience in demand forecasting, inventory planning, and warehouse management.
Familiarity with office management technologies. Adaptive in handling new systems. Strong proficiency in using software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Professional verbal and written communication and good interpersonal skills are required to conduct business activities. A strong command of English language is essential.
