Responsibilities

• Accurately record meter readings to support timely and correct billing.
• Process e-invoices and submit required documents through customer portals.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer enquiries promptly.
• Maintain complete and accurate records, documents, and filing according to company guidelines.
• Update billing information for monthly reports and support printer usage tracking.
• Use AI tools to improve processes to ensure delivery, cost and quality are enhanced.
