Job summary

Cactus Life Sdn Bhd is seeking an E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, fulfillment, and inventory control. The role collaborates with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams, and partners with marketplace platforms to ensure accurate processing and timely delivery.

This position requires at least 1 year in operations with ERP/inventory exposure and fluency in Chinese to assist Mandarin-speaking customers.

• Fluency in Chinese to support Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales representatives and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate customer order fulfillment with warehouse and logistics.
• Prepare shipping documents and receipts.
• Monitor daily stock and update records.
• Review pending orders and accommodate special customer requests.
• Follow up on parcel issues and propose process improvements.

The E-commerce Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of e-commerce activities, including order processing, fulfillment and inventory control. The role ensures timely order delivery, inventory accuracy, and a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting efficient business operations.

You will work closely with our warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams, as well as marketplace platform partners, to ensure every order is processed accurately and delivered on time.

• Provide support to sales representatives
• Contribution to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations
• Coordinate customer order fulfillment
• Communicate with warehouse for sales order
• Prepare shipping documents and receipts
• Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
• Update and monitordaily stock
• Review pending orders and specific customers' requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experiences
• Follow up parcel issues
• Suggest sales process improvement
• Such other scope of work that may be given by our designated personnel to you with prior notice.

• Minimum 1 years of experience in operations, have ERP/Inventory experience
• We are seeking candidates fluent in Chinese to assist Mandarin-speaking customers
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
