Jora Malaysia is seeking candidates to join its Supply Chain Division in Malaysia. Fresh graduates or 1–3 years in supply chain/automotive industry are welcome; English and Bahasa Melayu are essential, Mandarin an advantage.
Role involves monitoring deliveries, managing inventory, pricing negotiations, and driving process improvements. Hybrid working arrangement offered, with medical, dental, optical, and insurance coverages.

In line with our business expansion, we are looking for suitable candidates to join our Supply Chain Division.
Possess minimum Degree in Business or its equivalent
Fresh graduate or 1 - 3 years' experience in supply chain / automotive industry
Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu, ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage
Good in Mathematics, analysis skills, soft skills and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
Meticulous and able to work under pressure
Able to plan and execute tasks independently with minimal supervision
Monitor daily, weekly and monthly delivery requirements from customers and ensure timely fulfilment
Manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available at all times.
Identify customer needs and provide proposals that lead to new business opportunities and increased profitability
Conduct price and delivery negotiations with customers within the scope of delegated authority
Proactively engage in sales activities to expand the customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clients
Respond to customer inquiries and handle ad hoc requests as needed
Prepare accurate and consistent customer quotations based on the company’s standard pricing scheme
Collect and analyse sales performance data to evaluate profitability trends and generate regular reports for management
Proactively identify improvement points ("Kaizen Points") in the current business model and implement effective countermeasures
Continuously assess daily operations to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements
Develop long-term vision and objectives for assigned tasks in alignment with departmental strategy
Contribute to departmental goals by achieving individual objectives
Collect and utilize relevant information for assigned tasks
Maintain sufficient understanding of sales items, including customs, cultural aspects and Key Success Factors (KSFs)
Undertake ad-hoc tasks or any other assignments as required by immediate superiors or top management
