Job summary

Prestar Galvanising Sdn Bhd in Rawang, Selangor invites applications for a Supply Chain Executive. You will check, monitor and analyze live production output data vs planned, inform supervisors of backlog, and collaborate with Production Executives to manage order ready dates.

You will adapt to the new barcode system and follow all superior instructions, while working with others to ensure accurate Production Output and backlog handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Languages required: BM, English, and Mandarin.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Check, monitor and analyze live production output data vs planned.
• Inform superior if there is backlog in production and investigate causes.
• Collaborate with Production Executives on production output data and order ready dates.
• Adapt to and implement the barcode system and follow superior instructions.
• Work with others to ensure accuracy of Production Output and backlog management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Business Studies / Marketing / Business Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s) : BM / English / Mandarin.
• We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking client.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions effectively.
• Good teamwork.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Job Descriptions:

• To check, monitor & analyze live production output data vs planned.
• To inform superior if there is backlog in production & cross checking the reason behind.
• To deal with respective Production Executive on the production output data.
• To work with the respective person on the order ready date.
• To adapt & work with the newly implemented bar code system.
• To adapt & work with any instructions by the superior.
• To work with the others on the accuracy of the Production Output & deal with the Production Executives regarding the backlog.
