Job summary

MFMY Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to support end-to-end operations, including procurement, logistics, and compliance, with a focus on import/export and LMW license management.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain buyer, logistics and customs clearance roles.
• Hands-on experience in import/export operations and LMW license administration preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, SCM, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, orders, cost, delivery, inventory control based on local and overseas customer PO; including local and overseas supply chain to meet production and sales targets.
• Coordinate with China HQ and subsidiaries in Singapore and Europe for sourcing and deliveries.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure stable supply and competitive pricing.
• Support daily import/export activities, customs clearance, and LMW license management.

Drive Supply Chain Excellence – Join Us as a Supply Chain Executive!

We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive to support end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient material flow, regulatory compliance, and seamless import/export activities, including LMW license management.

Responsibilities and Duties

Perform daily supply chain sourcing, orders, cost, delivery, inventory control based on local and oversea customer PO; inclusive of local and oversea supply chain to meet production and sales targets.

Key interface with China HQ, subsidiaries in Singapore and Europe counterpart in terms of sourcing, deliveries to support project implementation.

Perform contract negotiations with suppliers to ensure stable supply and competitive pricing.

Support as backup role on daily supply chain forwarder arrangement, import and export activities, custom clearance, products delivery arrangement, LMW and relevant license renewal.

Upkeep and maintain supply chain activities related ERP system, flow execution and database, SOP, customs forms, documentations in procurement, customers product deliveries, LMW etc.

Developing material forecasts, logistics forecast, and adjustments based on business plan forecast.

Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as required by management.

Qualifications

Working Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience as supply chain buyer, logistic and customs clearance roles.

Hands-on experience in import/export operations and LMW license administration is highly preferred.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of supply chain planning, procurement, logistics operations, and warehouse management.

Strong knowledge of import/export processes, customs regulations, and LMW license maintenance and renewal requirements.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Willingness to support operational requirements outside normal working hours when necessary.

Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is required.
