Job summary

MFMY Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to support end-to-end operations, including procurement, logistics, and compliance, with a focus on import/export and LMW license management.

You will coordinate with China HQ and regional teams, negotiate supplier contracts, maintain ERP data, and develop material and logistics forecasts aligned with the business plan. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain buyer, logistics and customs clearance roles.
• Hands-on experience in import/export operations and LMW license administration preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, SCM, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, orders, cost, delivery, inventory control based on local and overseas customer PO; including local and overseas supply chain to meet production and sales targets.
• Coordinate with China HQ and subsidiaries in Singapore and Europe for sourcing and deliveries.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure stable supply and competitive pricing.
• Support daily import/export activities, customs clearance, and LMW license management.
• Maintain ERP system, data flows, SOPs, and procurement documentation.
• Develop material forecasts and logistics forecasts based on business plan.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required by management.
