Job summary

FOZ One in Malaysia seeks a SCM Clerk to support daily operations in the manufacturing department, handling administrative tasks and generating reports on request.

You will develop tracking systems, manage records, assist attendance and leave, and participate in stock takes, production planning, and ensuring materials on hand for production. Fresh grads are welcome; 1–2 years experience preferred; MS Office proficiency required.

Qualifications

• SPM/ Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 1-2 years experience in manufacturing or related industry preferred.
• Fresh graduates/interns are welcomed to apply.
• Strong knowledge of computer skills and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systematized tracking systems, hard copy files and records.
• Conduct basic office functions such as data entry and file management.
• Provide administrative support for attendance updates, leave compilation, and ticketing.
• Compile progress reports of processes and notify relevant departments of inventory levels and production problems.
• Compile records related to production capacity, machine readings, and defect frequency.
• Attend company stock take activity.
• Create a daily production schedule.
• Ensure proper materials on hand for production.
• Provide clerical support to the superior and fulfill other administrative duties.
