Job summary

FOZ One Sdn Bhd is a premier contract manufacturer of household appliances in Senai, Johor, Malaysia. We seek a Planning Executive to optimize production schedules, monitor inventory, and ensure timely delivery to customers.

The role requires collaboration with production, quality, store, and logistics teams to resolve issues and keep operations on budget and on schedule. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management or related field with at least 3 years of manufacturing

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and MRPs.
• Well-organized with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Review daily production output performance.
• Monitor WIP balance and production status.
• Coordinate with production, quality, store and technicians to resolve issues.
• Reschedule plans to recover from manpower or machine issues.
• Review FG stock against delivery plans and forecasts.
• Prepare weekly production plans and AO/MO master lists.
• Collaborate with production and logistics to meet customer demand.

Job Overview:

The Planning Executive is responsible to monitor inventory levels, regularly providing production status updates to management, and facilitating the timely delivery of products to customers. He/She should also be able to closely monitor the production process to ensure that production orders are completed on time and within budget.

Job Description:

Review daily production output performance

Monitor production WIP balance status (e.g. on hold, UAI or short felt)

Liaise with production , quality, store and technician team to solve daily production issue

Re-scheduling / determined recovery planned if have manpower shortage / machine down issue

Liaise and monitor on material support with material handler

Review FG stock level based on latest customer delivery plan or forecast trend

Prepare weekly production plan and email to relevant department

Prepare weekly AO/MO master list, Assembly Order, Material Pick Sheet, FG label to production and store

Work closely with production and logistic to ensure fulfilment of customer demand based on commitment

Update committed delivery plan for logistic to arrange delivery to customer

Follow up export shipment and forecast to logistic personnel at centralized warehouse

Prepare manpower list for monthly stock take activity

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s of Supply Chain Management, Business Management or relevant field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.

Proven experience working as a production planner

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

Knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
