Frencken Mechatronics Malaysia invites applications for a temporary Supply Chain Operations Assistant to support our teams in monitoring critical parts, preparing daily and weekly reports, and coordinating with Operations Buyers to ensure timely resolution of material issues. The role suits fresh graduates or those with 0–2 years of experience, with strong Excel skills, good communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or knowledge of ERP/SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly supply chain reports.
• Monitor outstanding and critical parts status.
• Follow up with Operation Buyers on overdue and critical materials.
• Coordinate with Operations/Production teams on material availability.
• Track and update outstanding issues and follow-up actions.
• Highlight potential material shortages and delivery delays.
• Support other Supply Chain and Operations activities as required.
