FOZ One Sdn Bhd, a Johor-based contract manufacturer, is seeking an administrative support role to streamline daily department operations. The successful candidate will handle supplier follow-ups, attendance updates, and inventory tasks from our Senai HQ.

With a focus on teamwork and independent responsibility, you will communicate with suppliers and assist in various administrative duties, contributing to efficient workflows within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Solid team player with good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility.
• Good communication with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Follow up suppliers for delivery.
• Update attendance records daily.
• Fill D.O forms from suppliers.
• Submit OT forms on time.
• Update safety PPE inventory records.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.
• Visit hardware shop to collect spare parts and other items.
• Contact suppliers as needed.
