Qualifications

• ERP/SAP knowledge.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Have a forklift license.
• Physcial Fit.
• Experience (At least 1-5 years working experience).

Responsibilities

• Daily kitting and delivery based on schedule.
• Daily received part from production and transfer to store for storage.
• Daily follow-up on critical parts for production / customer.
• Daily to ensure parts received are tally with documentation quantity with correct part name & part number.
• Daily to load finished goods to racking with proper identification.
• Daily monitor stock quantity and update the stock card.
• Daily Monitoring truck movement.
• Liaise with Planner for urgent raw part / finish good
• Physical inventory.
• Investigate the stock variance.
• Assign task to store keeper, over time planning.
• Control FIFO.
• Maintain warehouse equipment.
• Incoming goods checking and receiving.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily kitting and delivery based on schedule.
2. Daily received part from production and transfer to store for storage.
3. Daily follow-up on critical parts for production / customer.
4. Daily to ensure parts received are tally with documentation quantity with correct part name & part number.
5. Daily to load finished goods to racking with proper identification.
6. Daily monitor stock quantity and update the stock card.
