Frencken Mechatronics Malaysia is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Assistant (Temporary) to support the SCM and Operations teams. You will monitor critical parts, prepare daily/weekly reports, and coordinate with Operation Buyers to resolve material issues.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in SCM or related field, 0–2 years’ experience, strong Excel and communication skills, and familiarity with ERP/SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in SCM/Operations/Logistics or related field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with ERP/SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly supply chain reports.
• Monitor status of outstanding and critical parts.
• Follow up on overdue materials with operation buyers.
• Coordinate with production on material availability.
• Track issues and follow-up actions.
• Flag potential shortages and delays.
