KUKA Robot Automation (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia invites a proactive Supply Chain and Order Management Intern to support procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and order fulfilment.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery, gaining exposure to ERP-driven supply chain operations. Education requirements include a diploma or bachelor's degree in related fields, with emphasis on procurement, inventory, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Basic understanding of procurement, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations. Exposure to SAP, ERP systems, or Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking; comfortable with data, reports, and spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Purchase Order Management: Assist in preparation, processing, tracking, and follow-up of purchase orders to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery.
• Supplier Coordination: Support communication with suppliers on order status, lead times, pricing updates, and delivery schedules.
• Inventory Monitoring: Assist in inventory tracking, stock replenishment planning, and stock reconciliation activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Logistics & Shipment Coordination: Support domestic and international shipment arrangements, including coordination with freight forwarders, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Documentation Management: Assist in maintaining procurement, logistics, import/export, and shipping documentation to ensure compliance and record accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, finance, engineering, and warehouse teams to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery execution.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare basic reports and dashboards related to inventory levels, order fulfilment status, shipment performance, and supply chain KPIs.
• Process Improvement Support: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and supply chain effectiveness.

The Supply Chain & Order Management Intern will support the day-to-day operations of procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and order fulfilment activities. This role provides hands‑on exposure to supply chain processes within a global automation and robotics company, offering valuable experience in supplier coordination, inventory planning, and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities
