The Supply Chain & Order Management Intern will support the day-to-day operations of procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and order fulfilment activities. This role provides hands‑on exposure to supply chain processes within a global automation and robotics company, offering valuable experience in supplier coordination, inventory planning, and logistics operations. As a Supply Chain & Order Management Intern, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery while gaining practical knowledge of industry best practices and ERP‑driven supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
Purchase Order Management: Assist in the preparation, processing, tracking, and follow‑up of purchase orders to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery.
Supplier Coordination: Support communication with suppliers on order status, lead times, pricing updates, and delivery schedules.
Inventory Monitoring: Assist in inventory tracking, stock replenishment planning, and stock reconciliation activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
Logistics & Shipment Coordination: Support domestic and international shipment arrangements, including coordination with freight forwarders, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
Documentation Management: Assist in maintaining procurement, logistics, import/export, and shipping documentation to ensure compliance and record accuracy.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, engineering, and warehouse teams to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery execution.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare basic reports and dashboards related to inventory levels, order fulfilment status, shipment performance, and supply chain KPIs.
Process Improvement Support: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and supply chain effectiveness.

Key Requirements
Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of procurement, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations. Exposure to SAP, ERP systems, or Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical Thinking: Comfortable working with data, reports, and spreadsheets while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Personal Attributes: Proactive, organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
Location: Able to work in Puchong, Selangor.
Availability: Available for a minimum internship duration of 4 months.
