Job summary

KUKA Robot Automation in Malaysia (Puchong, Selangor) offers a Supply Chain and Order Management Internship. You will support day-to-day activities in procurement, inventory, logistics, and order fulfilment, gaining hands-on exposure to ERP-driven supply chain operations.

You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, maintain inventory accuracy, and prepare basic reports. This internship provides practical knowledge of supply chain processes in a global automation company

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Basic understanding of procurement, inventory management, or logistics.
• Exposure to SAP, ERP systems, or Excel is advantageous.
• Good communication and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Assist in purchase order management and tracking.
• Support supplier coordination and lead time updates.
• Monitor inventory and assist stock replenishment.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Maintain procurement and shipping documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, engineering, and warehouse teams.
• Prepare basic reports and dashboards on KPIs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
