Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Operation Management Trainee based in an outlet. The role requires a Diploma or higher and welcomes fresh graduates. You must be able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, be cooperative with teammates, and show enthusiasm and dedication to the F&B industry.

English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is expected, and travel may be required. Training will be provided and the candidate should be independent with strong multi-tasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays.
• Cooperative and helpful with other team members.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, hardworking, dedicated, and passionate about F&B industry.
• Independent and able to multi-task.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to start work on short notice and adapt to work environment.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding and enthusiastic customer service at all times.
• Lead by example, ensure service crews practice SOPs and guidelines at each station.
• Prepare beverages, manage kitchen preparation, handle customer orders and payment according to company standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of shop.
• Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
• Comprehensive & tailored training program will be provided.
