Job summary

Radiante International Sdn. Bhd. Malaysia is seeking an Outlet Manager Assistant to oversee daily operations of the F&B outlet, ensuring smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

You will supervise and train a team of F&B staff, manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, handle inquiries and complaints, support marketing activities, and assist with staff scheduling to control labor costs while driving sales. Fluent Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Cina are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the F&B outlet and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supervise and train a team of F&B staff, focusing on service standards and product knowledge.
• Manage inventory levels, including stocktaking, ordering, and receiving to minimize waste and ensure availability.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints to maintain a positive dining experience.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and traffic.
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage and control labor costs.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and operational efficiency goals.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of F&B products, preparation methods and presentation standards.
• Communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Cina with staff and customers.

Contribute to achieving sales targets and operational efficiency goals for the outlet.

Possess a strong understanding of food and beverage products, including preparation methods and presentation standards.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Cina to interact effectively with staff and customers.
