KyoChon Sdn. Bhd invites energetic, friendly individuals to join our team in Malaysia. As a Kitchen Crew member, you’ll prepare food to our recipes, support daily kitchen operations, and help deliver the brand’s outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and beverages per recipes and standards.
• Train kitchen team on food prep, handling, and safety.
• Monitor inventory and control stock to minimize waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Assist with team scheduling and daily operations.
• Monitor quality and report shortages to management.
• Inspect kitchen areas, equipment, and storage.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and grooming standards.
• Support Assistant Kitchen Manager and Outlet Manager as needed.

What You'll Do

• Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes, standards, and procedures
• Train and guide kitchen team members on food preparation, handling, and safety standards
• Monitor inventory, control stock levels, and minimize food wastage
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards
• Assist in team scheduling and daily kitchen operations
• Monitor food quality and report any stock shortages or issues to management
• Conduct regular checks on kitchen areas, equipment, and storage areas
• Ensure all team members follow safety, sanitation, grooming, and appearance standards
• Support the Assistant Kitchen Manager / Outlet Manager when required
