KyoChon Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated Kitchen Team Member to join our busy Malaysian outlets.

You will prepare food, assist in daily kitchen operations, and help maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness. You will train junior cooks, monitor stock, and support scheduling while delivering excellent customer service and fast, consistent meals in a lively restaurant. Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain food safety standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes, standards, and procedures.
• Train and guide kitchen team members on preparation, handling, and safety.
• Monitor inventory, control stock levels, and minimize waste.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization and hygiene standards.
• Assist in team scheduling and daily kitchen operations.
• Report stock shortages or issues to management.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, grooming, and appearance standards.

• Assist in team scheduling and daily kitchen operations
• Monitor food quality and report any stock shortages or issues to management
• Conduct regular checks on kitchen areas, equipment, and storage areas
• Ensure all team members follow safety, sanitation, grooming, and appearance standards
• Support the Assistant Kitchen Manager / Outlet Manager when required
