Job summary

KyoChon Sdn. Bhd is hiring in Selangor for a Kitchen Team role. You will prepare dishes per recipes, train kitchen staff, monitor stock levels, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards to deliver outstanding dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes, standards, and procedures.
• Train and guide kitchen team members on food preparation, handling, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, control stock levels, and minimize food wastage.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards.
• Assist in team scheduling and daily kitchen operations.
• Monitor food quality and report any stock shortages or issues to management.
• Conduct regular checks on kitchen areas, equipment, and storage areas.
• Ensure all team members follow safety, sanitation, grooming, and appearance standards.
• Support the Assistant Kitchen Manager / Outlet Manager when required.

Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise kitchen staff during shifts to maintain service speed and accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene across all kitchen spaces.
