KyoChon Sdn. Bhd in Malaysia is seeking energetic team players to join Korea's No.1 Fried Chicken Brand. You will lead in creating exceptional dining experiences while supporting daily restaurant operations and inspiring your team to deliver KyoChon's outstanding service.

As a Kitchen role, you will prepare food per recipes, train staff, monitor inventory, maintain cleanliness, and support management to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes, standards, and procedures
• Train and guide kitchen team members on food preparation, handling, and safety standards
• Monitor inventory, control stock levels, and minimize food wastage
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards
• Assist in team scheduling and daily kitchen operations
• Monitor food quality and report any stock shortages or issues to management
• Conduct regular checks on kitchen areas, equipment, and storage areas
• Ensure all team members follow safety, sanitation, grooming, and appearance standards
• Support the Assistant Kitchen Manager / Outlet Manager when required
