Job summary

Genki Sushi in Sunway Pyramid is seeking a Supervisor- Letasu Japanese Hotpot to oversee front-of-house and back-end operations, ensure smooth table turnover, and deliver excellent guest service.

You will train crew, manage staff rosters during peak hours, supervise cash handling, and uphold food hygiene and quality standards across the Kaiten service system.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage front-of-house (FOH) and backend operations to ensure smooth table turnovers and minimal wait times.
• Quality control over food prep, presentation, and delivery via the Kousoku system.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure a stellar dining experience.
• Enforce peak-hour efficiency strategies with the management team.
• Oversee daily store cash collections and ensure POS tallies match.
• Conduct end-of-day cash reconciliations and audit safe drops.
• Delegate daily checklists to supervisors, service crew, and kitchen staff.
• Assist in organizing weekly staff rosters to manage labor costs during high-traffic periods.
• Deliver on-the-job training for new crew members regarding food assembly, customer service, and food hygiene standards.

Monitor and manage front-of-house (FOH) and backend operations to ensure smooth table turnovers and minimal wait times.

Maintain strict quality control over food preparation, presentation, and delivery via the Kousoku (express train) system.

Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure a stellar dining experience.

Enforce peak-hour efficiency strategies alongside the management team.

Oversee daily store cash collections and ensure point-of-sale (POS) systems match physical tallies.

Conduct precise end-of-day cash reconciliations and audit safe drops.

Track and distribute petty cash allocations for immediate outlet operational needs.

Direct and delegate daily checklists to supervisors, service crew, and kitchen staff during shifts.

Assist in organizing and adjusting the weekly staff roster to manage labor costs efficiently during high-traffic intervals.

Deliver continuous on-the-job training for new crew members regarding food assembly, customer service, and food hygiene standards.
