Job summary

Genki Sushi Malaysia Sdn Bhd is hiring a Crew member for the Lot 10 outlet in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves food preparation, customer service, station cleanliness, and inventory support, with a salary up to RM2,300 monthly.

We seek candidates with prior customer-facing experience, strong communication, and a passion for delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Cook sushi rice, slice fresh fish and vegetables, and assemble rolls like maki, nigiri, and sashimi.
• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and serve meals with a positive attitude.
• Station Cleanliness: Maintain hygiene standards by cleaning workstations, tools, and display counters regularly.
• Inventory Support: Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist with kitchen prep or restocking supplies.
