Job summary

Radii Global in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Recruiter with a focus on student recruitment and education sales. You will reach out to potential university students, counsel them, and support existing students to advance to the next stage of their education.

You will drive sales targets set by management, plan events like Open Days and Public Exhibitions, and build strong relationships with students, parents, and education stakeholders while leveraging CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, sales or education is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar systems.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or Tamil is a plus.
• Friendly, approachable and open-minded.

Responsibilities

• Drive student recruitment by reaching out to and counselling potential university students.
• Support existing students by encouraging them to advance to the next stage of their education.
• Achieve the sales targets set by management.
• Plan, manage and oversee departmental events such as Open Days and Public Exhibitions.
• Implement initiatives to enhance performance and development within the Sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
