Job summary

Radii Global in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Recruiter with a focus on student recruitment and education sales. You will reach out to potential university students, counsel them, and support existing students to advance to the next stage of their education.

You will drive sales targets set by management, plan events like Open Days and Public Exhibitions, and build strong relationships with students, parents, and education stakeholders while leveraging CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, sales or education is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar systems.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or Tamil is a plus.
• Friendly, approachable and open-minded.

About you

Preferably holds a Bachelor's Degree in any field

Prior experience in Recruitment, Sales or Education is an advantage

Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar systems

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin or Tamil is an added advantage

Friendly, approachable, and open-minded personality

Digitally and numerically literate; comfortable working with technology and data

Passionate about education, with some understanding of Malaysia's education industry being a plus

Willing to learn and driven to succeed
