Job summary

City University Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Student Recruitment (Education only) to implement recruitment strategies and meet enrolment targets. You will engage at education fairs, school visits, and with partners to drive inquiries and applications.

You will handle counselling, CRM records, and campus events, while coordinating marketing campaigns and content creation for materials. Weekend work is required and you’ll report to the Student Recruitment team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or student recruitment (education industry preferred).
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales and marketing may be considered.
• Able to work on the weekend, alternatively during public holiday as well.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reports on effectiveness.
• Conduct market research on competitor institutions and student trends.
• Achieve a minimum recruitment of five (5) students per month.
• Comfortable working from Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm) & Saturday 1/2 day (9:00am - 1:00pm).
