Job summary

Radii Global in Malaysia is seeking an Enrollment Support Officer to coordinate and follow up on required documents from newly registered students, ensuring timely issuance of offer letters and accurate submissions. You will liaise with Admissions, Finance, and Sales to smooth processing and fee clearance.

You'll monitor payments for the first semester, provide clear updates to students, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and support onboarding activities and orientation programmes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Business, Education, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in administration, operations, student support, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, especially in managing documents and records.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or Tamil an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or student systems is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Service-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting students in their education journey.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on required documents from newly registered students to ensure timely issuance of offer letters.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of student submissions, including academic and personal documents.
• Liaise with Admissions, Finance, and Sales to ensure smooth processing of applications and fee clearance.
• Collect and monitor first semester or first month payments, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Provide clear and timely updates to students throughout the enrolment process, addressing queries professionally.
• Track and monitor student status to reduce withdrawal, deferment, or non-commencement.
• Maintain accurate student records and update internal systems (CRM or student management systems).
• Support onboarding activities and student orientation programmes.
• Identify opportunities to improve the enrolment experience and share feedback with relevant teams.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the reporting line manager.
