You will maintain stock accuracy, coordinate with procurement and suppliers, and ensure compliance with ISO 45001. The role requires 3+ years supervisory experience and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing.
• At least 3 years relevant warehouse or supervisory experience.
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems, AutoCount a plus.
• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with emphasis on inventory accuracy.
• Able to operate in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, inspection, labelling, put-away, picking, issuing and delivery.
• Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts and annual stocktakes.
• Coordinate with Procurement on replenishment and POs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and company safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
• Provide regular status updates to departments.
