Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5-8 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping.
• Ensure processes are executed efficiently to meet customer and business requirements.
• Monitor warehouse performance and implement action plans to achieve targets.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage capacity.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits and reconciliation.
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse supervisors and staff.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
