Job summary

Regat Unggul Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to promote training programmes, develop new business opportunities, and build relationships with corporate clients in Malaysia.

You will identify prospects, conduct presentations, and drive initiatives to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, with 1–3 years in sales or business development.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• 1–3 years of sales or business development experience; fresh graduates with high potential are welcome.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel; own transport; proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities including corporate clients and SMEs.
• Promote and sell training programmes, courses, and professional development services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up to close sales.
• Conduct sales presentations and client meetings; prepare quotations and proposals.
• Maintain sales records and participate in marketing and business development activities.
