MAHAGAMY CONSULTANCY AND ADVISORY SDN. BHD.

is seeking a dynamic sales professional to promote and sell training programmes to corporate clients, HR departments, and government agencies in Malaysia. You will identify new sales leads through cold calls, networking, events, and referrals, develop and maintain strong client relationships, conduct meetings and presentations, and work with trainers to tailor solutions while aiming to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum STPM or Diploma in education.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or training-related services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell training programmes to corporate clients, HR departments, and government agencies.
• Identify new sales leads and business opportunities through cold calls, networking, events, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Work closely with trainers and programme coordinators to understand and match client needs.
• Represent the company at networking events, expos, or public training days (if required)
