Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Total Rewards function within Internal Firm Services. You will drive the design, governance and execution of rewards programs, ensuring alignment with PwC’s People Value Proposition and global standards.

You will lead a small team and partner with HC leadership to shape talent strategies and competitive benchmarking. You will oversee policy development, incentive design and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with business leaders to

Qualifications

11+ years of experience in rewards or compensation within multinational environments.
Experience in insurance brokerage and benefits consulting is preferred.
Proven ability to design and implement Total Rewards solutions at scale.
Experience managing teams and influencing senior leadership on policy and process changes.
Strong capability in applying best-practice frameworks to develop fit-for-purpose business solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and develop Total Rewards strategies and roadmaps aligned with PwC Malaysia's people strategy.
Lead and develop a small team to deliver Total Rewards initiatives across the firm.
Create policies, programs and systems reflecting leading practices and regulatory alignment.
Provide strategic rewards advice to senior business leaders and oversee implementation of initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective rewards solutions.
