Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking an experienced Total Rewards leader within Internal Firm Services to shape the firm’s people strategy, drive compensation and benefits programs, and ensure alignment with PwC’s global standards. You will lead a small team, partner with HC leads, and advise business leaders on reward design.

The role focuses on benchmarking, compliance, incentive design, and linking rewards to performance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Rewards.
• Experience in insurance brokerage and benefits consulting, and in total rewards system design and implementation.
• Proven ability to manage Total Rewards transformation in a complex global/territory capacity.
• Experience in people management with senior management exposure on influencing policy, process and behavioural change.
• Evidence of researching and applying best practice frameworks when developing fit-for-purpose business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Total Rewards strategies and define priorities.
• Design Total Rewards policies, programs and systems aligning with PwC Malaysia’s business and people strategies.
• Lead initiatives, develop roadmaps, and provide rewards expertise to business leaders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Oversee implementation of Total Rewards initiatives and ensure alignment with values.
