Shanghai BSF Human Resources Co., Ltd. is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive growth for AOI/SPI/X-ray solutions in Malaysia’s Electronics & Electrical sector.

You will develop sales strategies, engage with top-tier manufacturers, and translate complex inspection capabilities into measurable ROI for clients. Ideal candidates will have a strong SMT/PCBA sales background, an existing Malaysia electronics network, and fluent English; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• SMT/PCB sales experience in capital equipment is required.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus for partner engagement.
• Proven track record in Malaysia electronics industry preferred.
• Independent, proactive sales hunter with strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Strategically expand market for AOI/SPI/X-ray in Malaysia.
• Engage with Tier 1 EMS providers, OEMs, and semiconductor players.
• Conduct technical presentations and ROI-focused demonstrations.
• Monitor Industry 4.0 trends and competitor activity for growth.
