Job summary

Shanghai BSF Human Resources Co., Ltd. is partnering with a global leader in AOI equipment to recruit a Sales Engineer in Penang, Malaysia.

You will lead sales for PCBA/SMT/AOI systems, semiconductor packaging and testing, X-ray and dispensing equipment, driving revenue growth and expanding the regional market reach. Responsibilities include negotiating and closing orders, managing the full sales cycle, developing regional clients, coordinating internal resources for technical support and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of overseas market channel sales experience selling PCBA/SMT/AOI, semiconductor equipment, X-ray or dispensing systems.
Proactive, self-driven with strong market analysis
Excellent communication and coordination skills; results oriented.
Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

Independently conduct business negotiations and manage full sales cycle (quotations, contracts, order follow-up).
Develop and cultivate clients in the assigned region; coordinate internal resources for technical support and after-sales service.
Lead product and market promotion initiatives, including participation in international exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Drive new product and market development to expand coverage and growth.
Assist in recruitment and training of the local sales team as needed.
