• Experience in learning and development and organizational culture initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Manage implementation of the succession planning framework and identify critical positions.
• Work with business leaders to identify talent gaps and readiness assessments.
• Develop plans for high-potential employees and leadership pipelines.
• Plan and manage annual learning and development programmes and effectiveness.
• Coordinate initiatives to strengthen culture and employee engagement.
• Provide practical recommendations to management on talent matters.
• Monitor progress, maintain talent data, and prepare reports for decisions.
