Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree & bachelor’s degree in international business, HR or related fields.
• At least 3 - 5 years in financial services or regulated industries.
• Deep understanding of talent management & succession planning.
• Experience working with data analytics, event & project management, and designing tools.
• Exceptional stakeholder management across line of business etc.

Aufgaben

• Drive talent management and succession planning for senior talent.
• Manage talent reviews, classification, and mobility across units.
• Lead flagship talent programmes and coordinate with vendors.
• Roll out executive coaching, executive education, and assessment tools for identified talent and successors.
• Support graduate and talent programmes including talent identification, hiring, events, and engagement initiatives.
• Organise and coordinate talent management activities such as mentoring, career fairs, talent talks, retreats, and communication programmes.
• Act as secretariat for talent governance forums and support group-wide talent management initiatives.
• Handle ad hoc assignments to support the organisation's talent development objectives.
