Job summary

OPTIMUM INFOSOLUTIONS (M) SDN BHD is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for Technology and Non-Technology roles. You will lead sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offers while advising hiring managers with market insights.

You will build sustainable talent pipelines, conduct market mapping, and leverage ATS and AI tools to optimize productivity across multiple hiring portfolios in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, ideally combining in-house and agency exposure.
• Experience hiring across Technology and Non-Technology functions.
• Strong experience in proactive sourcing, headhunting and passive candidate engagement.
• Experience working with hiring managers and stakeholders in a consultative/advisory capacity.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Practical experience using AI/Generative AI tools to improve recruitment productivity and workflows.
• Strong talent mapping, market research and sourcing strategy capabilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of Technology and Non-Technology positions.
• Sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
• Act as a Talent Advisor by providing market insights and advising on talent availability and expectations.
• Conduct proactive sourcing and headhunting through LinkedIn, job portals and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and maps for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to understand trends and conditions.
• Utilise ATS and recruitment technology to manage candidate pipelines and data.
• Leverage AI tools to support candidate research, screening, data analysis and workflow optimization.
• Manage multiple recruitment requirements across functions and levels while maintaining candidate experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely feedback and strong hiring discipline.
• Use recruitment data and market intelligence to identify challenges and adjust sourcing strategies.
• Support campus hiring, employer branding and recruitment marketing when required.
• Collaborate with regional or overseas stakeholders on selected hiring requirements.
