Job summary

Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) is seeking a senior HR leader to coordinate career development processes, including promotion, appointments and mobility, succession planning and talent analytics to strengthen leadership readiness and capability for the University.

The role requires a recognised bachelor’s or master’s degree and 6+ years in HR, with strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Recognised bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field.
• More than 6 years of experience in relevant field.
• Professional qualification and advanced degree would be an added advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good analytical abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and monitor appointment, mobility, and talent promotion processes.
• Analyse and execute promotion exercises, prepare documentation and ensure merit-based decisions.
• Lead succession planning by consolidating talent information and preparing plans.
• Develop talent analytics and reporting dashboards to support leadership decisions.
