Job summary

Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS invites applications for a Talent Management Specialist to analyse, implement and monitor Employee Performance Management (EPM), consequence management and talent database management across the university.

The role focuses on enabling a high-performance culture through accurate data, timely reporting and strong stakeholder collaboration, leveraging a recognised degree and extensive experience in talent management.

Qualifications

• Recognised Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field.
• More than 5 years of experience in relevant field.
• Professional qualification and advanced degree would be an added advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, execute and facilitate end-to-end EPM processes with guidance to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and monitor consequence management (PIP), tracking actions and reporting outcomes.
• Maintain and analyse talent and performance data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and reporting.
