Job summary

Perdana University is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager / General Manager, Human Resources to lead the university's HR function at our Kuala Lumpur campus. • Minimum of 10–15 years in HR with at least 5–8 years in a management or senior role.
• Experience in a higher education institution or similarly complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law and HR compliance requirements.
• Proven track record in recruitment, talent management, and organisational development.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to build high-performing teams.
