Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3+ years of work experience.
• Fluent in Thai and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Excellent communication, listening, and persuasive abilities.
• Strong ability to understand project requirements and recruit experts.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key decision-maker in expert selection, translating client briefs into sourcing strategies.
• Conduct calls to onboard experts and secure participation from the start.
• Perform industry research to grasp market dynamics and client pain points.
• Manage projects end-to-end from sourcing to closing deliverables.
• Develop screening criteria and interview questions tailored to projects.
• Negotiate consultation rates with experts and handle related communications.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-border offices for high-quality outcomes.
• Engage with experts across international markets and key decision-makers.
• Arrange consultations via LinkedIn, email, and direct calls for rapid onboarding.
