Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a procurement professional to manage ongoing sourcing and supplier relationships, ensuring quality and timely delivery across direct and indirect spend.

You will drive cost-saving initiatives and support all sourcing activities with cross-functional teams to optimize value and performance. You will evaluate supplier performance, negotiate terms, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a competitive supply base while upholding quality standards and delivery

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing and procurement activities.
• Strong understanding of supplier landscapes and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience (Oracle) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ongoing purchasing and sourcing activities.
• Perform suppliers sourcing, selection and vendor management.
• Initiate and identify cost savings opportunities and projects, support for all sourcing activities for all direct and indirect parts and services.
• Implement sourcing plans with the goal of assuring specified quality, required delivery times and minimizing the total cost.
• Continuous involvement in the Supplier Selection Process to develop a supply base that provides a competitive advantage in quality, value/cost and delivery.
• Monitor and track suppliers' performance ensure on-time delivery and meet quality standards.
• Deal with suppliers on quality issues, products replacement, sample request and pricing.
