Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, coordinating interviews, and building talent pipelines.
• Organize and participate in job fairs and networking events to promote employer branding.
• Forecast hiring needs on a quarterly and annual basis by department.
