Job summary

Maxis is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full lifecycle recruitment process. You will collaborate with hiring managers, develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience.

The role requires 5–10 years in recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and excellent negotiation and communication abilities. You will contribute to attracting top talent in a fast-paced telecom environment and support organizational growth.

Qualifications

• > Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business, or related field.
• > 5–10 years in full-cycle recruitment, telecoms or fast-paced environments preferred.
• > Proficiency with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• > Excellent interviewing, assessment and candidate evaluation skills.
• > Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• > Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• > Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source via diverse channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and networks.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit.
• Provide updates to stakeholders and manage offer negotiations.
• Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.
